keep on practicing

Brooke had her 5th grade band concert on Thursday night.  She has actually been practicing lately, so I was familiar with most of the songs they played, but it definitely sounds different with all the instruments playing - it was like real music!  Anyway, I think it's pretty sweet that at our school they let the 5th graders pick an instrument, then in one year they teach them how to play it and they can put on a concert.  Nice work, kids :)
