Lauren admitted to having fun today. This is only a big deal because we were skiing. And every time we go skiing she says "this isn't fun" I don't know why we have to do this so much! I will never have fun skiing (with a harrumph and a sad face). But she decided she would have fun today and so she did. It was the same kind of conditions (actually worse) then we have had before and she even fell once on a more difficult run, but she still was saying she had fun. It was so good to see her kind of make a breakthrough! Fox actually stayed home and had the time of his laugh playing with his friends on the street. Of course, after he confessed that he was playing Minecraft a lot of the day ( eek!) so hopefully he was not totally crazy because usually he gets kind of crazy after watching tv or playing video games (we call it tv or WII or electronic brain)... he was so excited but I did feel a little bad that Robie's dad was here all day and didn't really get to see him that much!
the snow was super slushy which was actually pretty hard on the legs and brooke was getting so frustrated.. she was even blaming her board for causing trouble but that's crazy talk. It's just hard to snowboard in slush!
Sure wish it wasn't 2 hours away but definitely love the views and the family time. Love these guys!
