Spring sports started up last weekend. This first picture was taken the weekend before, the weekend I thought volleyball was starting. Let's just say there were two schedules, one on "sheet 1" of the spreadsheet, one on "sheet 2". Only I didn't know there was a sheet 2, so I used the one on sheet 1. Our first clue there was a problem was when we rolled into the parking lot and there was NO ONE else there. Not a good sign. Lucky for us, there was another team that was going to be practicing, so the guy in charge set up a net on the other side for us and we got some fun volleyball time at the gym by ourselves. Pretty good deal :)
So last weekend was the real opening weekend and everyone had games - Brooke and Ashley both had volleyball and Lauren is now playing soccer. Best part is they all get to do their own thing and then we came home and everyone was quite pleasant. In fact, Lauren and Ashley even played with each other in the back yard. Not that they never play with each other, but it usually has to be because their friends have come over to play or they are doing something structured like painting or crafting something. Ah, a pleasant Saturday afternoon....
