Rain

Last week it rained. I actually feel like it has rained a decent amount this year, but I must be crazy because my kids were so excited that it was raining - you'd think they've never seen it before.  Fox cracked me up the most because he put Lauren's rainboots on (brown and pink polka dot ones) by himself and was the first one to head out and start running around.  Ashley was actually the instigator, though, from the second she got home, she was talking a bout how much she wanted to run around outside.  As much as I just wanted to laugh, after the first few minutes all I could think about was the piles of wet clothes that were about to come back into the house!

Ashley even made sure I got a picture of her before she came in "mom, take my picture :)"  I guess I should just be happy she is still willing to let me take her picture.
